Capella de Can Codorniu

In 1944, the artist painted the chapel of Can Codorníu (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia) to replace Llimona's altarpieces destroyed in 1936. Two large side paintings stand out: the Feeding of the Multitude and the Wedding at Cana. In the latter, turned into an opulent genre scene full of liveliness, the artist portrays family and friends at a joyful feast.
